The flat has one double bedroom with a king size bed, a large dine-in kitchen (with washing machine, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, lots of cooking equipment) a separate living room and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are fantastic views to Arthur's seat and the Pentlands, and 10 foot-high ceilings.
About the location
My flat is situated in the Newington/Grange area of Edinburgh, to the south of the city centre. It's in a quiet neighbourhood, with parking available, and lots of cafes and shops very nearby. Busses run to town and to Portobello, and it's about 15 mintues walk to the Meadows or Blackford Hill for green space.
