I moved to my beautiful Victorian home 12 months ago and have updated and re decorated to create a cosy quiet space in Poets Corner Hove. Poets Corner is a network of small streets tucked away from the main bustle of nearby shops on Portland Road with its buses into Brighton and up onto the South Downs. Poets Corner is a safe quiet neighbourhood with young families and retirees choosing to live here. There is a good size main bedroom with double bed and smaller spare room also with a double bed. The kitchen has an induction hob and electric oven and microwave plus large fridge. Reliable high speed fibre broadband plus smart TV with Netflix and usual streaming channels.

There is a small patio area to the rear with outside seating for the summer months.

The house is in the desirable Poets Corner tucked away from main shopping area of Portland Road and a 10 minute walk to Hove beach with its numerous cafes and restaurants and the newly created Hove Beach park with padel and tennis courts, skate park, bowls and croquet lawns and sand sports incl. volleyball. Brighton city centre is a walk or short bus ride away while the South Downs National Park surrounds the city and offers incredible walks and views across Sussex. So the perfect mix of town and country with the sea down the road.
