Family home in the Cairngorms National Park

Our Edwardian home is on a quiet street that backs on to Anagach Woods. A large front garden is gated all around so safe for small children and dogs, plus space to park cars. We have a large kitchen/diner which is newly fitted. A sun room leads off this with a football table. There is a comfortable lounge with TV , (Netflix, Prime & sports channels etc) and Playstation. There is another downstairs small lounge (with X box console, dart board, books) that has a sofabed leading to a downstairs toliet and shower. Back stairs lead to an office. Upstairs there are 2 small doubles, a twin bedroom and a large kingsize bedroom with an en-suite. There is a family bathroom too. Our back garden has an elevated patio with a fire bowl, and BBQ, down steps to a small grass area with a football goal and veg growing area.

Our boys are teenagers now, but we have lots of toys and younger children's books. There are 6 bikes of various sizes, a paddle board and boogie boards . There are lots of board games and jigsaws available.

The house is well insulated in winter, central heating and 2 wood burners in the kitchen and lounge. In summer it is cool. Engineered oak flooring downstairs and carpets up. We don't mind pets as long as they stay downstairs.
