Myrtle Cottage

Detached cottage dating back to the 1700’s it has been our home for 22 years during some of which time, we operated as a small bed and breakfast business.

The house has been tastefully modernised, has full central heating, log burner and all electric kitchen appliances. One double bedroom and a twin room both overlooking the pretty front cottage garden share a family bathroom. The second double with ensuite overlooks the rear garden with country views to the north coast.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large sitting room and bright garden room at the rear of the house.

About the location

Situated in a pretty country lane just a few minutes walk from the village with PO, general stores, bakery and coffee/tea shop. There is an hourly bus service to both Newquay and Truro. Local pubs are within 15 minute walking distance via fields footpath. The north Cornish coastal footpath is 10 mins walk away with access to unspoilt surfing beaches and quiet coves. Driving access to the main A30 is less than 10minutes and offers accessibility to most of the County in less than an hour.
