Central Brighton Victorian Townhouse

Our family home is a large central Brighton Victorian townhouse perfectly located for exploring London and the South East of England. It has a secluded rear mature garden directly off a modern light filled architect designed kitchen extension. The house is set back from the main road with a front garden and entrance stair leading up to the front door, with the ground floor of the property set above this fine example of a Victorian residential street built around 1840. The hallway leads onto an open plan living room and dining room that flows through to the rear kitchen extension, directly onto the garden. The original Victorian staircase takes you up to a carefully restored and modernised set of four double bedrooms, a main bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate additional WC. The first floor has a large light filled south facing double bedroom, originally our daughters, and a second double bedroom, currently our sons. On the half landing a further smaller bedroom and office has another double bed. The master bedroom at the top of the house has an en-suite shower room as well as another freestanding bath located in the bedroom, boutique hotel style.
