Sunnybank Cottage - Sennen

Our home is an old Cornish granite barn conversion which we have been renovating since 2020. It is now a modern, spacious three-bedroom family home.

There is also a home office building in the garden, an outside shower and a lawn/patio space and we are currently converting our double garage into a utility room, office and gym, which will be finished before June 2025.

We are just a 10-15 minute walk on the public footpath across some fields from Sennen cove and Sennen/Gwynver beaches.

About the location

Our home is meters away from the AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and is a few minutes walk from the famous SWCP (South West Coast Path). There are so many beautiful little coves to explore both by Coast Path or by car. Sennen is our closest beach, 10-15 minutes by foot.

We are keen runners and cyclists and the area offers great routes for both.

We are also meters away from the Lands End Coaster bus stop, taking you to St Ives via Zennor. St Ives is a bustling seaside town, famous for it's art scene. St Ives has numerous art galleries including the Tate St Ives.
