Cape Neddick is a village of York, Maine. Our home is situated on a coastal road 3 miles from both Ogunquit Beach (to the north) and York Beach (to the south).

There is a small woods behind the house and a small pond. Quite private, semi-rural. Master BR and bath upstairs. Downstairs, a combined kitchen/dining room, a guest bedroom, and glassed-in den looking out to woods and a pond. The lower level is a carpeted family room (and double bed) and attached garage.

Both York and Ogunquit are tourist beach towns much in high demand.
