DHL nest - Cosy home, 30mins door-to-door to Central London

My home is a cosy two-bed room flat in an art-deco building with fitness facilities (gym, heated swimming pool) and communal garden. The apartment is kid-friendly with equipments and toys for babies and toddlers. It is our home - everything has been well-chosen to create a happy nest e.g., a big TV (75 inch) with surrounding sound system.

I don’t post all pictures of our bedrooms due to privacy but we have one king size bed, 1 baby/toddler cot, 1 double mattress (now being used as a floor bed for my toddler but can easily sleep 1-2 adults), and a long sofa that can also be used as a bed for someone 2m in height.

About the location

We are 3 minutes walk from a London Underground station, which takes you to central London within 20 mins. The neighbourhood is lovely with a village feeling. We are right next to Clapham Common which is a huge park with tennis courts (literally 1 min from us), children’s playground, nice cafes. We also benefit from 4 different high streets with lovely shops and restaurants, all within walking distance (Northcote Road, Clapham Common, Balham, Abbeville Village).
