There are three additional bedrooms, two with twin beds and a charming bunk bed room—ensuring ample space for all guests.

For those seeking outdoor adventure, our home is ideally positioned. With direct access to the lake, you can take advantage of our two kayaks, one canoe, and a stand-up paddle board. Life Vests provided. Additionally, outdoor enthusiasts can explore the surrounding countryside on one of our two mountain bikes or a road bike (sized for someone around 5’10”).
Lake Windrush is designated a fishing lake with non motorized sports permitted.

Located about one hour from Heathrow, our property offers you the best of the English countryside—a region known for its picturesque lakes and gentle, rolling landscapes. Right next door, you'll find a designated outdoor activity centre (more details at realoutdoorxperience.co.uk), where our children learned to sail and windsurf. The centre offers a variety of activities, including stand-up paddle boarding, sailing, windsurfing, skyline adventures, high ropes, kayaking, open water swimming, bushcraft, and archery.
Fishing is a big sport in the local area. There are tennis courts on site.
