Cosy terraced home for people seeking a mix of city living and green space

My home has 2 large double bedrooms (and space if needed for an extra person to sleep in the lounge).

There's a good sized lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and bath, garden with garden room/office and wifi.

Dogs are welcome.

About the location

Its location makes is suitable for people wanting to explore central Brighton or enjoy the great outdoors. Preston Park is just a 5 min walk away, which is great for walking dogs or taking kids to the park. There's also public tennis courts and an outdoor gym and two cafes in the park. Those who enjoy hiking can also head out to some great woodloand and green spaces with sea views from the doorstep. Some stunning panoramic spots on the South Downs can also be reached by bus or within a 10 minute drive if you're feeling adventurous.

The neighbourhood is friendly and there's a pub and a few conveninece stores just a couple of streets away. Walk a few minutes further and you'll be a Fiveways with a great array of independent shops and places to eat: a pizzeria, craft beer tap room, greengrocers, an artisan bakery, cafes and more.

You can reach central Brighton by either walking (30 mins) or taking a local bus (5b) which runs about every 10 minutes. Brighton has eclectic shops in the North Laine, cinemas, music venues, many independent restaurants, cosy pubs and cafes, plus the pier and the beach if you're a fan of the seaside.

The closest station, Preston Park is about a 10-15 minute walk away and has direct routes to London and the south coast. The parking is for residents only but I can help with a few visitor permits - contact in advance if needed.
