We have a modern, well located 2 storey townhouse available for a house swap. We have just completed a renovation that has seen the entire internal house repainted and recarpeted as well as a new kitchen with electric stove and cooktop.
Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a powder room, with a double garage and is located within 1km from the Mentone Train Station which provides access to the Melbourne CBD and all over Victoria. We area also 500 meters from Mentone Beach which is patrolled by Lifesavers during the summer months.
About the location
Mentone is 25kms from the Melbourne CBD on the shores of Port Phillip Bay with the local Lifesaving Club open to the public on Fridays and weekends. There are Pubs, Bars, Restaurants and Take Away food all around the suburb and adjoining suburbs. Boat Hire is available within 5 kms at Mordialloc. It is adjacent to the famous 'Sandbelt" Golf Courses of Melbourne including Royal Melbourne and Kingston Heath. It is a simple train journey to each of the Melbourne Racetracks for Wednesday and Saturday Horse Racing.
