A large semi detached Regency town house at the top of this small sea side town.
The house overlooks a riverside park known as The Byes.
The location is superb with the shops, sea ,beach (pebbles) cinema, tennis courts and pub, all less than 10 mins walk from the house.
The ground floor has a kitchen with breakfast table leading to a dining room which also has a sofa and desk. The hall leads to a very comfortable sitting room .
The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed ( this room overlooks the riverside park) the second room has a double bed. Each has its own shower.
The third floor half landing has the bath, shower and toilet.
The third floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed. 1 bedroom with twin beds.
I bedroom with 1 single bed.
The garden wraps around the house with a patio and table at the back and seating area at the front.
