We are looking for a Home Exchange for our comfortable summer house
on the beautiful and famous New Jersey shore beaches. Single house
within 90 miles from New York City via the Garden State Parkway. One
hour drive to historic Philadelphia and 2 1/2 hours to Washington, DC. A
residential community, Surf City is located on Long Beach Island, a one
hour drive to famous Atlantic City. Great sailing and fishing, with scenic
historic Barnegat Lighthouse. Bay Beaches for children. Playground &
Tennis Courts. Tastefully decorated, fully furnished, heated/air conditioning house with
four bedrooms(4 queen size & 2 singles)with ceiling fans,
modern kitchen with two refrigerators and microwave, living room, 1&1/2
baths, outdoor shower, deck, phone, barbecue and open fire place.
Enclosed backyard. Plenty of Sun and Fun! We have a four door full-size
sedan available, with parking in front of the house. Rich is a retired
University Professor, currently serving as the Mayor of the Borough of
West Chester, PA(our home town), with Jean a retired Art teacher. We are
both looking forward to traveling via Home Exchange mode. Open to
