Our 18-year old house - a faithful reproduction of an 1890s colonial villa, but with modern facilities - is a comfortable family home on the outskirts of Hamilton (pop.130 000), set in pleasant grounds. Hamilton is close to North Island scenic attractions and summer/winter sports facilities. The house is single storey, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, office, laundry. We also have a holiday home in Tairua on the Coromandel Peninsula (listing HE6540) which is available for exchange with or separately from our Hamilton home.
About the location
Our home is located in the suburb of Flagstaff, 7 km from the centre of Hamilton City. A small shopping centre and a park are within 250 metres. Three shopping complexes, one of which - "The Base" - is the city`s largest are within a 2 km radius. A pedestrian/cycle path follows the Waikato river to the city centre and beyond.
